Ingredient
Eggs 2 Eggs.
5-6 fresh Shrimp.
1 cup water or milk or soup.
 pepper.
Shallot 3 heads.
2 lemon trees.
Galangal, cut into 2-3 piece.
Chili according to taste.
2-3 kaffir lime leaves.
Lemon juice
Sugar
Chili paste.
Sauce or fish sauce.

How to do it.
Shrimp shells are washed out through the back.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add broth or water or milk and stir to combine.
Season with fish sauce and pepper . A little salty and a heat-resistant container.
To be steamed cooked. If you like smooth egg use soft fire. or you like hard egg use hard fire.
