Chicken Green curry sauce.

1 piece of chicken breast.

Coconut milk 1 / 2 cup.
2 tablespoons green curry paste.
Eggplant 1 / 4 cup.
2 bunches basil leaves cool.

Beat 1 tablespoon black pepper.

Salt 1 / 2 tsp.
Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil 1 / 2 cup.
Curry
Green chillies 20 tablets.
Sedge five heads.
slice 10 cloves of garlic.
Galangal, chopped 1 tsp.

1 teaspoon chopped kaffir lime skin.
Coriander root, chopped 1 tsp.
5 seed, pepper seed.

How to do it.

Rinse chicken breasts trimmed of skin off. Marinated chicken breast with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, about 30 minutes.
