Ingredient
Morning glory, 200 g.
Shrimp 100 g.
Pork, finely chopped 50 g.
Dried shrimp powder, 20g.
Baked shallots 10g.
Baked garlic 15g.
Baked ginger 10g.
Coriander root, 2 roots.
Galangal, roasted 5g.
Cayenne pepper, stir oil, 10 g.
¼ cup tamarind water.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
2 tablespoons fish sauce.
Sugar 100g.
½ cup thick coconut milk medium.

How to do it.
Pound shallots, garlic, coriander root, galangal, ginger and dried thoroughly, add shrimp. Pound them up.

Morning glory, then washed, cut into ½-inch pieces, cooked long enough to scoop up the cooked dish.

Bring milk to boil enough water. Add shrimp to boiling. When cooked, scoop them up and then put on a pound stir to combine. Add pork chops to a boil. Season with fish sauce.
